Guided Walk - Bochlywd Horseshoe
The classic Ogwen valley horseshoe, taking in the summits of Tryfan, The Glyders and Y Garn.

About the Course
A day spent in the high mountains above the Ogwen valley, ticking off the Welsh 3000ers in the Gyderau Range.
We begin the day walking up to Llyn Bochlywd, a stunning Llyn below the cliffs of Glyder Fach. We continue up to the col below the South Ridge of Tryfan and make our ascent to the summit from here.
We retrace our steps back to the col and head up onto the Gylders plateau. We will pick our way across the bouldery summits, searching for the canter lever rock for an iconic picture, and on to the summit of Glyder Fawr.
From the summit of Glyder Fawr, we descend down towards the top of Devil's Kitchen and make our ascent to the summit of Y Garn. From here, we descend into Cwm Idwal and back to our vehicles.
