INTRO TO MULTIPITCH CLIMBING
COURSE OVERVIEW:
This course is for experienced single pitch climbers who want to progress to multipitch climbing. Multipitch climbs are generally longer, more committing and exposed, and descending them isn't always as straight forward as just walking off. You will learn a new set of skills, allowing you to access the start of the route, descend off the top and how you manage stances in the middle.
If booking a bespoke course, I can tailor the days to suit you. Whether that's teaching you the skills to access and to climb on sea cliffs or mountain crags, or you just want to learn the skills to multipitch climb for the time being. This course can be run anywhere in the UK. From the sea cliffs of Cornwall, Pembroke or Gogarth, and from the valley crag of the Dewerstone on Dartmoor to the mountain crags of Snowdonia or the Lake District.

WHERE WILL WE BE CLIMBING?
This course will take place at a variety of venues. Please take a look at the dates below as they will give you an insight into the type of climbing that course will be based on. For example, guided sea cliff climbing (Gogarth or Baggy Point), guided mountain routes (Idwal Slabs or Tryfan) or guided multipitch climbing in general (Tremadog or The Dewerstone).
If booking a bespoke guided climbing course, we can climb anywhere you like! Generally people want to climb specific routes like Commando (Bosigran) Ridge in Cornwall, Dream of White Horses on Gogarth or Napes Needle on Great Gable. You choose the route(s) or the crag, and I'll do the planning.

GUIDED CLASSIC ROCK ROUTES
COURSE OVERVIEW:
Classic Rock routes are those which are portrayed in Ken Wilson's book 'Classic Rock', a collection of great climbs all over the country. Typically, these routes are mountainous or on sea cliffs and range in grades up to VS. Sometimes, these routes can be hard to access, requiring knowledge of the area, navigation skills or the ability to understand tides and the sea. Let me take away all the logistics and guide you up these Classic routes in safety, so you can enjoy them for the great routes they are!
